Once Upon A Mattress
Auditions for our big October musical, Once Upon A Mattress,
directed by MaryAnn Whittemore with music direction by Katie Amman, will
be held August 1 at 2:30 PM, and Monday, August 2, at 7:00 PM.
All are encouraged to audition!
For Once Upon A Mattress, all roles are open. Please bring a
song to sing, preferably from the show, and be prepared to dance. You
will also be asked to read from the script with others at the audition.
Once Upon A Mattress, the musical version of the fairy tale of
“the Princess And The Pea”, will open at Lakeland on Friday, October 9,
and run through Sunday, October 24, with Sunday matinees on October 17
and 24, and at least one school day matinee scheduled for Thursday,
October 14. Once Upon A Mattress is being sponsored by Madolyn
Caldwell Farrington and The Farrington Foundation.
Halloween Showcase
August 1 at 2:30 PM, and Monday, August 2, at 7:00 PM
auditions for our Halloween Showcase, directed by Kathey Guttersen, will
take place. All are encouraged to audition!
For The Halloween Showcase, you will be asked to sing and dance. We
have roles for actors, singers and dancers. You do not have to sing to
land a role in this show! The show runs on October 30 and 31 at Lakeland
Theatre Company.
